Built for Google Workspace Admins
Clearvew was created because IT teams deserve better tools for finding and fixing oversharing risks in Google Drive — before those risks become incidents. We make it simple to see what's exposed, understand the risk, and fix it fast.
Our Mission
Securing Google Drive, one audit at a time
Google Workspace has transformed how teams collaborate — but it has also made it dangerously easy to share sensitive files with the wrong people, or with everyone. The native admin console gives you broad controls but no targeted visibility into which specific files are exposed and how badly.
We built Clearvew to close that gap. Our platform scans every file across your organization's shared drives and My Drives, applies a risk score based on sharing method and file type, and surfaces the highest-priority issues first. Then it lets you fix them in bulk — no scripting, no professional services, no waiting.
Our goal is to make Drive security a routine 20-minute review rather than a quarterly fire drill. IT teams should be able to stay ahead of sharing risk, not react to it after a breach or audit finding.
What we stand for
Our values
Security First
Every product decision starts with security. We use read-only OAuth scopes, encrypt tokens at rest, and never store file contents — only metadata needed to assess risk.
Simplicity
Complex problems deserve simple tools. We strip away noise so admins can immediately see what matters, take action, and move on. No training required, no dashboards to configure.
Privacy by Design
We apply the same principles to our own product that we help customers enforce in their orgs. Minimal data collection, clear retention policies, and full transparency about what we access.
